The Relationship between the Crown and the Gown: A Social Contract Theory.
Ideally, the Gown should be a solution tank to fix the inadequacies of the Crown. However, in recent times, the Gown itself has been riddled by the flaws it was meant to fix in the Crown. In a situation where university dons manufacture marks for randy excuses. They also manufacture data to perpetuate fictional information to back some corruption by the Crown.
They have shown themselves to be without character and without knowledge. They are without character as they have lost merit by fabricating marks for students under very shady circumstances. They are without knowledge as they have fabricated data and by consequence, knowledge and facts. Thus, their self-righteous nature has been faulted by acts of self-sabotage and they have shown their theories and principles to be unreliable, untrustworthy and thus, false.
If this is the case, then they have lost the ability and prestige associated with being in the Academia and Intelligentsia.
They do not have what they claim to dispense, that is, Knowledge and Character. And by the ancient truism in the maxim of the Nemo dat quod non habet rule, they cannot give what they do not possess.
The Academia is a faux. This is why we say, in clarity of thoughts and precision of arguments, School Na Scam!!!
These days it surprises me how feeble so many so called 'dons' in the academia are. Hiding behind shady certificates and watery publications. It really leaves me wondering if truly, '' SCHOOL na SCAM ''. However, this lacuna in the system can only be corrected by you and I. In the sense that we gotta work harder and gain all our accolades by merit unlike our fraudulent superiors. In due time this faux would be corrected.
